This is a cover song I did of a Mannheim Steamroller song originally
arranged by Chip Davis, but I re-arranged it for Recorder Quintet.

There's no need for you to be
worried about me upsetting the original artist or doing things
without their permission. Chip Davis himself has seen the video and
enjoyed it. My friend Tom Hartig works for Chip and was the one who
showed him the video. I was able to take a private tour of the
Mannheim Steamroller warehouse awhile back and met a lot of great
people who work there.
“Carol of the Birds” is a
song from Mannheim Steamroller's first Christmas album. I don't
necessarily consider it a holiday tune, since I enjoy listening to it
year round. I arranged this cover song many years ago, and only
recently decided to make it into a video. I have plans to make many
more cover songs, but this is the first I've released.
